MacArthur’s Millennial Manifesto is Sam Waldron’s amillennial response to Dr. John MacArthur’s sermon entitled, “Why Every Self-Respecting Calvinist is a Premillennialist,” preached at the Shepherd’s Conference in 2007. Waldron interacts with the sermon point-by-point. A transcript of the sermon (provided by Grace Community Church/Grace to You) is included as one of the appendices. The book contains twenty-four brief, but very informative chapters dealing with such issues as:
- Supersessionism and Replacement Theology
- MacArthur versus Church History

- Who’s a Spiritualizer?
- The Future of Physical Israel
